How can I sum up a wonderful life of 58 years?  My husband, Patrick Belle, and I were married for nearly 36 years when he died of Stage IV NSCLC in June of 2004.  Pat smoked when he was very young but gave it up entirely 33 years before his diagnosis, which came only six months before his death.  He was big, strong, vital, caring, intelligent, energetic, and full of life to his dying breath.  We have to smile when we think of Pat, because he was always smiling!  Pat is loved and missed everyday by his wife, three children, entire family, all of his friends and coworkers.
