Lung Cancer Alliance maintains a list of facilities with lung cancer programs, multidisciplinary lung cancer teams or lung cancer navigators: List of lung cancer-specific programs by state. 

If there isn't one near you and you are not able to travel, getting your care at a facility that is accredited by the American College of Surgeon's Commission on Cancer is another way to find care. You can search for a center on the Commission on Cancer website.
