Come out and promote awareness of lung cancer. All money raised will go help fund research projects focused on finding new treatments to combat the disease. The event consists of a 5K run and a 5K or 1 mile walk. Refreshments will be provided after the walk and live music by Kevin Bowe and Alison Scott will highlight the event! The Randy Cappiello Foundation, formed in loving memory of Randy Cappiello who lost her battle to lung cancer, is hosting a golf tournament to support research for the the prevention, detection and treatment of lung cancer. Breakfast begins at 7am, followed by registration and a shotgun start at 7:45am. The tournament will be in the form of a best ball scramble and prizes will be awarded at the luncheon for the winning male team, female team and mixed team, as well as the longest drive and closest to the pin.
